2-4 years of experience in Technical Product Management or closely related product roles

Prior experience in Fintech, NBFC, Digital Lending, or Banking
Strong ability to create and manage product documentation (PRD/BRD, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Ability to translate business, credit, and compliance requirements into clear functional and technical specifications

Good understanding of digital loan journeys, including KYC, credit underwriting, fraud checks, disbursal, and repayments

Exposure to third-party integrations such as PAN, GST, CIBIL/Experian, CKYC, payment gateways, etc.

Support end-to-end product delivery including development, testing, UAT, release, and post-launch tracking

Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze user behavior and operational data

Supports sprint planning, task prioritization, dependency tracking, and release coordination

Monitors product quality, tracks key product, business, and technical metrics, and synthesizes customer feedback

Supports experimentation, A/B testing, feature enhancements, and identifies automation opportunities

Demonstrates basic product instrumentation, data analysis, and technical understanding to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills with effective stakeholder coordination
Curiosity and learning mindset towards AI, data-driven decisioning, and emerging fintech technologies
