1. Opt-Out from Promotional Communications
If you no longer wish to receive promotional messages, calls, or emails from Lendingkart, please contact our customer support team through one of the following channels:

2. Opt-Out from the Loan Application Process
If you wish to discontinue your ongoing loan application, please follow these steps:
- Login to your Customer Dashboard.
- Once you login, in the left panel, click on “Consent Preference.” You will be redirected to the consent management page.
- To opt out, toggle the Opt-Out button (highlighted in green) and provide a brief reason for your decision.
- Once confirmed, your consent will be withdrawn, and your application will be automatically rejected.
- You will no longer be able to proceed with your loan journey.
- The opt-out will take effect prospectively — it will not reverse any actions or agreements already completed with your account.
Note: If your loan has already been disbursed, the consent cannot be revoked, as it remains necessary for ongoing review and compliance purposes.
