Role Overview :

We are looking for a lawyer to join our in-house legal team. The person will be responsible for end-to-end legal support across financing documentation, commercial contracts, advisory on the regulatory compliances and working closely with business, product, and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

Financing & Lending Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements, security documents, etc.
Commercial Contracts & Agreements
Draft, review and negotiate service agreements with third-party service providers, business partners.
Draft, review and negotiate Technology / Software-as-a-Service agreements.
Manage execution of the agreements.
Regulatory & Compliance Advisory – Support compliances, regulatory audits, inspections.

What you would possess already:

LLB / LLM from a reputed Indian law school or university.
4 – 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, NBFC, bank, or
fintech in-house legal team.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across financing documents and commercial
contracts.
Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
Familiarity with DPDPA 2023, IT Act, and data-related legal frameworks.
Ability to deliver output-ready legal work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
