Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Drive Disbursement Target vs Achievement- as per expected target shared monthly ensuring the DRR is tracked and maintained on a daily basis.

2) Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing and building relationships to ensure long lasting relationships.

3) Effectively managing and driving the team targets on various aspects and parameters 

4) Ensuring the code of conduct is maintained at all times

5) Manage customer queries during the entire life cycle of the loan from login till disbursement.

6) Preparing performance reports for the team which would be shared with the higher management.

7) Develop and maintain strong liaisons with the existing DSA’s/Channel partners for repeat business or referrals along with adding new DSA’s / Channel partners to expand the business.
