Relationship Manager (RM/Sr RM) is a front-line,
customer-facing professional responsible for the direct sourcing of business
loans. Their primary goal is to drive growth through proactive lead
generation, field activities, and leveraging local reference networks. The
Sales Executive acts as the critical link between the market and the branch,
ensuring a steady pipeline of loan applications while maintaining a high
level of customer service.
