Key Responsibilities:
1) Infrastructure Management:
Architect, deploy, and manage hybrid IT environments, including on-premises, AWS, GCP (preferred), and other cloud platforms,
covering all PAN India offices and locations.
Design, implement, and maintain cloud data lake infrastructure to support large-scale storage, processing, and analytics of structured and unstructured data. Oversee enterprise networks, servers,storage, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/recovery solutions across multiple sites.Ensure high availability and business continuity through comprehensive disaster recovery and failover strategies. Continuously monitor system performance and capacity; proactively plan for scalability and upgrades.
Manage IT inventory tracking system to maintain accurate records of hardware, software licenses, and IT assets across their lifecycle.Ensure alignment of IT inventory records with
the organization’s Fixed Asset Register (FAR) for financial reporting, audit compliance, and
asset valuation.
Manage procurement, licensing, and lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring
of hardware and software assets, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, vendor negotiations,
and adherence to AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) terms.Lead budgeting and cost optimization initiatives for IT infrastructure and security Operations.Drive automation and infrastructure standardization initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency.
Security Management:
Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures aligned
with RBI, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, RBI cybersecurity guidelines, and industry best
practices.Lead regular vulnerability assessments,penetration testing, and security audits for
entire IT infra and Cloud.Manage and optimize a broad range of security tools including:
Support Operations:
Oversee deskside support operations to ensure timely resolution of hardware,
software, and connectivity issues for end-users.Manage Level 1 (L1) application support
teams to provide first-line troubleshooting and incident resolution for critical business applications.Implement and monitor service desk processes, ensuring SLAs are met and
customer satisfaction remains high.
Cloud Management & DevOps:
Lead cloud infrastructure management, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization of AWS/GCP environments. Oversee DevOps practices and managed services, ensuring Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD),infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated monitoring are effectively implemented. ollaborate with development and operations
teams to streamline deployment pipelines and maintain security and compliance in cloud
Environments.
