  • You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including sales managers, account executives, and executives.

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries, concerns, or escalations in a timely manner.

  • You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure channel partners receive the necessary resources and support.

  • You will track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

What you would possess already:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience 3+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management within the fintech or financial services industry.

  • In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence partners and drive business growth.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
