Position description: Loan Account Management 

Primary Responsibilities:        Validate RPS data and compute co-lender share

·       Perform escrow reconciliation and manage fund transfers

·       Calculate SF and FLDG liabilities

·       Handle monthly book closure for lenders

·       Prepare MIS reports (POS, DPD, escrow reconciliation)

·       Conduct HDB & Vivriti POS reconciliations

·       Resolve queries and coordinate with lenders & internal teams

·       Ensure accurate CIC reporting and support audits (Internal/IFC/Statutory)

·       Reconcile transactions between LMS and escrow accounts

Key Performance Indicators ·
