  • Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

  • Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for MSME Loan requirements

  • Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers 

  • Understanding Customers requirement for Business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement

  • Explain the product details and benefits to the customers.

  • Achieving Monthly Targets as defined in Goal sheet

  • Work as a team in achieving the branch targets.

  • Customer Service

  • Portfolio Maintenance 

  • Maintain Daily sales report and generate the leads, and follow up the leads till close


    Pre and Post disbursement

    • Helping to customers for complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement.

    • Helping to customers customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product.
