Manage procurement, licensing, and lifecycle
of hardware and software assets, ensuring

entire IT infra and Cloud.
Manage and optimize a broad range of

services, ensuring continuous
integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD),
infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated
monitoring are effectively implemented.
Collaborate with development and operations
teams to streamline deployment pipelines and
maintain security and compliance in cloud
Environments.
Manage relationships with cloud and managed
service providers to ensure service quality,
cost optimization, and compliance.
Team and Vendor Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing
team of infrastructure, security, support, and
cloud engineers distributed across locations.
Manage relationships with external vendors,
managed service providers (MSPs), and
consultants to ensure service quality,
compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee AMC (Annual Maintenance
Contracts) for IT devices, infrastructure
assets, and software licenses to ensure timely
renewals, performance SLAs, and cost
efficiency.
Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs and KPIs
for internal teams and third-party providers.
