About the Role
As aRelationship Manager for Channel Sales in LendingKart, you will be responsiblefor developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drivebusiness growth and achieve sales targets. You will act as a liaison betweenthe company and its channel partners, ensuring effective communication,collaboration, and alignment of goals. Your role will involve identifying newchannel opportunities, onboarding and training partners, and supporting themthroughout the sales process.

● Driving logins anddisbursements through empannelled channel partners
● Adhering to policy guidelineswhile sourcing files
● Optimizing pricing and crosssell opportunities
● Ensuring no delinquency inearly buckets
● Meeting clients pre and postdisbursal
● Striving to achieve channellevel KPIs
● Reducing TAT for login anddisbursal
Some high level things you would ownbut not limited to:
● You will identify potentialchannel partners and evaluate their suitability based on company objectives andtarget market.
● You will develop and maintainstrong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
● You will collaborate withpartners to set and achieve sales targets, and provide ongoing support to helpthem meet their goals.
● You will conduct regularperformance reviews of channel partners, provide feedback, and implementimprovement strategies as needed.
● You will work closely withchannel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align withcompany goals.
● You will provide product andsales training to channel partners, enabling them to effectively promote andsell fintech products and services.
● You will assist channelpartners in generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing revenueopportunities.
● You will monitor markettrends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new businessopportunities and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.
● You will foster strongrelationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations,including sales managers, account executives, and executives.
● You will serve as the mainpoint of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries, concerns, orescalations in a timely manner.
● You will coordinatecross-functional collaboration between internal teams, such as marketing,product development, and customer support, to ensure channel partners receivethe necessary resources and support.
● You will track and analyzekey performance metrics related to channel sales, including revenue, customeracquisition, and market penetration.
● You will prepare regularreports on channel sales performance, providing insights, trends, andrecommendations to senior management.
● You will conduct periodicbusiness reviews with channel partners to review performance, discusschallenges, and identify areas for improvement.
What you would possess already:
● Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
● Proven experience 3+ years inchannel sales, business development, or account management within the fintechor financial services industry.
● In-depth understanding offinancial products, services, and industry trends.
● Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills to build strong relationships with channel partners andinternal stakeholders.
● Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities to influence partners and drive business growth.
● Analytical mindset with theability to interpret sales data and market trends.
● Self-motivated,results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
● Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other sales-related tools.
