About the role:
Relationship Manager is a front-line, customer-facing professional responsible for the direct sourcing of business loans. Their primary goal is to drive growth through proactive lead generation, field activities, and leveraging local reference networks. The Sales Executive acts as the critical link between the market and the branch, ensuring a steady pipeline of loan applications while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
Sourcing

Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for MSME Loan requirements

Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers

Understanding Customers requirement for Business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement

Explain the product details and benefits to the customers.

Achieving Monthly Targets as defined in Goal sheet

Work as a team in achieving the branch targets.

Customer Service

Portfolio Maintenance
-
Maintain Daily sales report and generate the leads, and follow up the leads till close
Pre and Post disbursement

Helping customers for the complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement.

Helping customers customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product.
What you would possess already:

Minimum 2 Years of experience in Sales and Relationship management.

Minimum 1 Year of experience handling Secured products.

Positive attitude with leadership quality.

Self-driven, who can walk that extra mile to achieve the target.

Ability to learn the use of Bank’s internal software.
-
Graduation with Good communication skills in local language with some working knowledge in English.
