Position description: The Regional Branch Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities of the assigned geography including loan processing coordination, documentation management, repayment handling, customer servicing, and branch administration. The role will ensure operational accuracy, proper documentation hygiene, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between branch teams and central operations

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
1. Branch Network Management
● Oversee operations and performance of multiple branches within the region.
● Ensure branches operate in line with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory guidelines.
● Monitor branch productivity, disbursement volumes, and service quality.
● Support branch teams in resolving operational or case-related issues.
2. Operations, Documentation & Compliance
● Ensure strong documentation discipline and operational hygiene across all branches.
● Oversee compliance with KYC, CKYC, and regulatory requirements.
● Ensure proper handling of loan documentation, property papers, and collateral records.
● Support internal and external audit processes and regulatory inspections.
3. Customer Experience & Service Standards
● Ensure branches deliver high-quality customer service and timely case processing.
● Monitor resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
● Drive customer retention through efficient servicing and relationship management.
4. Team Leadership & Development
● Recruit, train, and manage Branch Managers and branch operations teams.
● Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
● Build strong leadership capability within branch teams.
● Foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and customer-centricity.
5. Stakeholder Coordination
● Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Legal, Collections, and Product teams to ensure smooth functioning of regional business.
● Provide regular updates to senior leadership on regional performance and operational metrics.
6. Branch Administration
● Maintain branch inward/outward registers and operational trackers.
● Coordinate with vendors for courier, document storage, housekeeping and other administrative activities.
● Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.
7. Reconciliation & Operational Controls
● Perform debit and credit reconciliation for customer accounts and branch transactions.
● Maintain branch MIS related to loan files, collections, disbursement and servicing activities.
● Identify operational discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

- ● Well verse with the Regulatory compliances and Policies
- ● Understanding of loan documentation and secured lending processes
- ● Strong attention to documentation accuracy and compliance
- ● Customer servicing and grievance handling
- ● Operational MIS and reconciliation
- ● Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
