<p><b>About the role :</b></p><p>The Regional Business Manager (RBM) serves as the strategic head for an entire region, overseeing a large-scale operation that typically includes 4–5 Area Sales Managers and a total workforce of 120–150 Sales Executives. </p><p><span style="font-family:Roboto, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;">The RBM is the ultimate custodian of the region's P&L (Profit and Loss), ensuring that aggressive customer acquisition is balanced with high-quality portfolio management and operational efficiency across all assigned branches.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Roboto, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;"><b>Some High Level level things you would own but not limited to :</b></span></p><ul><li>Achievement of Annual Operating Plan </li><li>Ensure every branch has follow the sales process & maintain all registers </li><li>Ensure Branches achieve their AOP Targets </li><li>Ensure Manpower against Budgeted numbers </li><li>Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines. </li><li>Regular Branch and Customer Visits </li><li>Ensure Profitability of Branch </li><li>Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness </li><li>Control on Portfolio Attrition </li><li>Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented </li><li>Ensure Profitability of Business </li><li>Regular Customer Visits </li><li>Ensure there is no Manpower Gap </li><li>Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives </li><li>Cross selling of products like S/A account, Insurance, Other loans. </li><li>Maintaining the MIS, generating reports</li><li>Monitoring of the account post disbursal </li><li>Ensure compliance with sanction terms </li><li>Portfolio Quality</li><li>A Define Plan for the month with each branch </li><li>Motivate employees to achieve targets and earn incentives </li><li>Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some <span style="font-family:Roboto, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;">improvement is to be done.</span></li></ul><p><b style="font-family:Roboto, '-apple-system', 'system-ui', 'Segoe UI', Arial, sans-serif;">What you would possess already:</b></p><ul><li>Graduation – Good communication skills in local language with some working knowledge in English</li><li>Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel,Powerpoint, Outlook</li><li>Positive attitude with leadership quality.</li><li>Self-driven, who can walk that extra mile to achieve the target</li></ul><div><br /></div>
