About the role :
The role involves end-to-end management of branch sales operations, including talent acquisition (hiring), driving customer acquisition, and maintaining high portfolio quality. Ultimately accountable for the overall P&L (Profit and Loss) and business performance of assigned branches.
Some High Level level things you would own but not limited to :
- Achievement of Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure every branch has follow the sales process & maintain all registers.
- Ensure Branches achieve their AOP Targets.
- Ensure Manpower against Budgeted numbers.
- Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines.
- Regular Branch and Customer Visits.
- Sending Branch Visit Report.
- Ensure Profitability of Branch.
- Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness.
- Control on Portfolio Attrition.
- Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented.
- Ensure Profitability of Business.
- Regular Customer Visits.
- Ensure there is no Manpower Gap.
- Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives.
- Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.
- Monitoring of the account post disbursal.
- Ensure compliance with sanction terms

- A Define Plan for the month with each branch
- Motivate employees to achieve targets and earn incentives
- Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some improvement is to be done.
What you would possess already:
- Graduation – Good communication skills in local language with some working knowledge in English.
- Positive attitude with leadership quality.
- Self-driven, who can walk that extra mile to achieve the target
- Able bodied and healthy person, who can undertake travel
- Ability to learn use of Bank’s internal software
- Proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
