Execute the channel partnership strategy in alignment with overall business goals

Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., DSAs, fintech platforms, aggregators, marketplaces, NBFCs, banks)

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth

Support revenue targets and track performance metrics for the channel partnerships function

Assist in designing partnership models, commercial structures, and incentive frameworks

Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, risk, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution

Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and drive improvements in channel productivity

Support negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements

Manage and mentor a team of partnership executives/associates

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging partnership opportunities
