Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for loan queries, repayment issues, KYC, statements, and service requests.
- Resolve escalated complaints within defined TATs.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates and documentation.
- Support Team Leader in daily performance tracking and coaching new agents.
- Maintain compliance with RBI/Regulatory & internal quality standards.
What you would possess already:
- Excellent Hindi & English communication.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Experience with CRM/LMS/ticketing systems.
