Yash works very closely with the CEO as his Chief of Staff and is a Chartered Accountant with diverse experience spanning finance, public policy, and startups. He began his career at KPMG in the Financial Services division, auditing banks and financial institutions.
Yash then spent three years in the Chief Minister’s Fellowship Program, working on critical policy initiatives such as the MUDRA scheme, infrastructure development, water conservation, and public-private partnerships.
Yash holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Before joining LendingKart, he was an early team member at QualSights, an Inc. 500 consumer insights tech startup, where he served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and Vice President of Finance, playing a key role in leading strategic cross-functional initiatives, fundraising and scaling operations.
