Umesh Bhimani has 15+ years of experience in applying data-science across the lending life-cycle – from credit-underwriting models, ECL models, risk-based pricing and collection analytics. Prior to Lendingkart, Umesh worked with Citi Bank where he developed models used to meet the regulatory requirements on stress tests. At CapGemini Consulting, Umesh was responsible for leading engagements with different US-based banks to develop models to meet CECL and CCAR regulations.
Umesh has completed his MBA from IIM, Mumbai and also has FRM (GARP) charter.
