Saurabh brings with him over 24 years of deep expertise in the Commercial Banking space, with a strong track record across Working Capital Finance, Secured and Unsecured Business Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Liabilities, and Fee-based Products.
He began his career at ICICI Bank, followed by key stints at ABN Amro Bank and Deutsche Bank, where he was instrumental in launching and scaling the Business Banking Assets and Liability product portfolio.
Most recently, Saurabh played a pivotal role at Bandhan Bank, where he built and scaled the Commercial Banking business line—covering Unsecured Loans, SME Finance, Agri Lending, and Institutional Funding. He is also credited with successfully turning around the Small Ticket Unsecured Loans business during his tenure.
Saurabh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and a PGDM in Marketing from the Institute of Management Development & Research (IMDR), Pune.
