Sajan joined Lendingkart in March 2025, bringing with him nearly three decades of extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry. His expertise spans across a broad spectrum of functions including Risk Operations, Compliance & Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Collections, Customer Onboarding, Customer Experience, Portfolio Strategy & Analytics, Contact Centre Management, and Channel & Team Management.
Over the years, Sajan has held key leadership positions at prominent institutions such as Finnable Credit Pvt Ltd, Jana Small Finance Bank, TATA Consultancy Services, Standard Chartered Bank, and Citicorp. His deep understanding of credit operations and proven leadership have been instrumental in driving operational excellence and risk efficiency across organizations.
Sajan holds an MBA in Finance from St. Joseph’s Institute of Management, Bangalore.
