Magesh brings with him over 20 years of extensive experience in Retail Finance, with deep domain expertise in Banking Operations, including Back Office Operations, Credit & Loan Administration, Finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Auditing, and Fund Management.
His career spans prominent financial institutions such as ICICI Bank, Reliance Capital, InCred Finance, and most recently, Capri Global Capital Ltd, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. At Capri, Magesh played a pivotal role in setting up the entire operations framework—leading the design and implementation of systems and processes that governed the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to portfolio management.
He holds a Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis, Pune.
