Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

You will own the timelines and delivery of key technology programs at Lendingkart by building end-to-end schedules, and managing cross team and cross functional project timelines in collaboration with engineering management and Product Management.

You will be the custodian of agile and scrum processes. Conducts training, retrospectives, understands best practices, drives process improvements, finds new ways of operating with a focus on engineering efficiency and simplicity of processes.

You will be creating end-to-end project plans with milestones and sub-milestone deliverables.

You will need to be proficient in creating sprint planning, and sprint delivery reports and is able to drive improvements on any deviations from set goals.

You will manage and track all action items with respective stakeholders and bring it to closure.

You will work with technology vendors and enable the IT and technology teams with financial plans, operating plans, vendor onboarding and continuous monitoring of performance and cost.

You will be creating presentations based on multiple sources of data, bringing out insights from the data, recommending actions and plans for their execution.
