Grievance Redressal

For Customer Complaints, please write us at care@lendingkart.com or call us at 1800-572-0202 – 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday except 2nd and 4th Saturday and public holidays)

For any complaints regarding services provided by our outsourced agencies, please call 1800-572-0202 or email care@lendingkart.com within 30 days of the incident.

In case the complaint is not resolved within the given time or customer is not satisfied with the solution, the customer can approach the Grievance Redressal Officer:
