Branch Manager – Secured

Sourcing

  • Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

  • Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers 

  • Achievement of Annual Operating Plan

  • Ensuring Sales executives achieve their Threshold Targets

  • Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines

  • Following the TAT for disbursement with focus on First Time Right and Post Disbursement Documentation complete

  • Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness

  • Control on Portfolio Attrition

  • Ensuring all registers are maintained in Branch

  • Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented

  • Ensure Profitability of Business at Branch level

  • Regular Customer Visits

  • Ensure there is no Manpower Gap

  • Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives

  • Cross selling of products like S/A account, Insurance, Other loans.


  • Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some improvement is to be done.

  • Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.


    Pre and Post disbursement

    • Helping to customers for complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement

    • Helping to customers customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product

    • Monitoring of the account post disbursal

    • Ensure compliance with sanction terms

Sales Manager

  • You will identify potential channel partners and evaluate their suitability based on company objectives and target market.

  • You will collaborate with partners to set and achieve sales targets, and provide ongoing support to help them meet their goals.

  • You will work closely with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.

  • You will assist channel partners in generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

  • You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.

  • You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including sales managers, account executives, and executives.

  • You will serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries, concerns, or escalations in a timely manner.

  • You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure channel partners receive the necessary resources and support.

  • You will track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Cluster Manager

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as product managers, IT teams, marketing, and operations, to align channel service strategies with overall business objectives. Drive the integration of customer feedback into product and service enhancements – Cross-functional Collaboration

  • You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of channel service initiatives. Regularly monitor performance, analyze trends, and generate reports to identify opportunities for improvement – Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • You will stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the fintech sector. Identify and evaluate new tools, platforms, and processes that can enhance channel service delivery and customer experience – Technology and Innovation

  • Execute the channel partnership strategy in alignment with overall business goals

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners (e.g., DSAs, fintech platforms, aggregators, marketplaces, NBFCs, banks)

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners to drive mutual growth

  • Support revenue targets and track performance metrics for the channel partnerships function

  • Assist in designing partnership models, commercial structures, and incentive frameworks

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, product, risk, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution

  • Monitor partner performance, analyze data, and drive improvements in channel productivity

  • Support negotiations, contracts, and partnership agreements
