Deputy Manager – Administration

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

● Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of

fraud analysts and investigators. Set clear goals and

objectives for the team and monitor their performance.

Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to

ensure effective teamwork.

● Fraud Prevention Strategy: Develop, execute and

implement comprehensive fraud prevention strategies and

initiatives. Stay updated on emerging fraud trends,

technologies, and methodologies to adapt strategies

accordingly. Assess adoption of Best Practices used in the

Industry through Peer Networking. Conduct regular

assessments of existing fraud prevention measures and

make recommendations for improvement.

● Detection and Investigation: Oversee the investigation of

suspected fraudulent activities, including reviewing

transactional data, conducting interviews, and gathering

evidence. Analyze patterns and trends in fraudulent

activities to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.

Highlight Lapses and suggest mitigates to prevent them in

future. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and

legal counsel as necessary during investigations to help in

conclusive closure of Identified Fraud cases and assist in

Recovery.

● Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments

to identify potential areas of vulnerability to fraud.

Implement controls and measures to mitigate fraud risks,

including enhancing authentication processes and

monitoring systems. Collaborate with internal audit and

compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory

requirements and industry best practices.

● Policy and Procedure Development: Formulate fraud

prevention policies, procedures, and protocols.


Communicate and enforce fraud prevention policies across

the organization. Provide training and awareness programs

to educate employees on fraud risks and prevention

strategies. Drive a culture of Zero Tolerance across the

Organization through strict enforcement of Fraud

Prevention Policy and Processes.

● Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on

fraud incidents, investigations, and outcomes for senior

management and relevant stakeholders. Maintain accurate

records of fraud incidents, investigations, and resolutions in

accordance with regulatory requirements and company

policies.

Technical Support Manager

  • Design and  implement a robust incident management process in the organisation

  • Contribute in establishing best practices in the organisation for improving customer satisfaction

  • Establish processes to improve customer experience  in an incremental manner using data-driven approach

  • Drive RCAs and follow-up with stakeholders in closing the action items

  • Define Ticket severity framework and SLA structure

Data Engineer – III

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance ETL/ELT data pipelines for batch and real-time processing.

  • Serve as the technical expert for the team, making critical architectural decisions and driving the implementation of best practices in data engineering.

  • Hands-on development using Python, Scala, and advanced SQL to solve complex data manipulation and transformation challenges.

  • Implement and manage the LakeHouse architecture using the Medallion structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) and ensure platform scaling capability..

  • Own data ingestion practices, including Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms like Debezium,OLake,  and utilizing message brokers such as Kafka and Google Pub/Sub.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models (Fact, Dimension, Data Marts).

  • Optimize and tune data processing jobs running on Apache Spark (both batch and structured streaming) and cloud-based query engines.

  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data platforms.

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

  • You will evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants through analysis of financial statements, credit scores, payment history, and other relevant factors.

  • You will make informed decisions on loan applications based on the company’s credit policies and risk tolerance.

  • You will conduct thorough credit risk analysis to identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies – Credit Assessment and Decision Making

  • You will oversee the end-to-end credit operations process, including loan application processing, documentation, and disbursement.

  • You will collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Underwriting, and Collections to ensure smooth and efficient credit operations.

  • You will develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance – Credit Operations Management.

  • You will monitor and manage the credit portfolio to identify early warning signs, trends, and potential areas of concern.

  • You will perform periodic portfolio analysis to assess the performance of loans, identify patterns, and make recommendations for portfolio optimization.

  • You will utilize data and analytics to generate insights and develop strategies for minimizing credit risk and improving portfolio quality – Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis.

  • You will stay updated on relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices related to credit and lending.

  • You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all credit-related activities.
