Harshvardhan drives the primary aspect of business – designing innovative credit solutions and delivering them in the most simple and efficient manner to SMB’s. He started his career with large private sector and multinational banks in their small loan divisions. Early in his career he was intrigued by passion of small business owners who inspite of being credit worthy were not served by existing lenders. Credit decisions in banks take months. His vision is to implement Big data credit scoring with analytics and artificial intelligence. He is a Chartered Accountant and pursued his Post Graduation from ISB (Indian School of Business, Hyderabad). In his free time, he loves walking and exploring the world with his wife.

Manish Bhatia – President of Technology, Analytics and Capabilities is a seasoned technologist with 20+ years of expertise in software development, incubating new businesses and developing business critical products. Manish Bhatia joined Lendingkart from Amazon where he was the Chief Technology Officer of AmazonPay. He also headed the World-Wide eCommerce Platform group in India in his previous assignment at Amazon, bringing multiple innovations to the fore. Before joining Amazon, Manish has also worked with two startups and for FedEx and JP Morgan Chase. Manish will be responsible for building a scalable technology stack for the company which supports operational agility, risk management, data and analytics, while driving strategic efficiency and improving overall customer acquisition and experience as well as business growth.

Abhishek has over 19 years of experience in consulting and retail financial services. He has worked across multiple geographies including South East Asia, India, Australia, Africa and Middle East

Prior to joining Lendingkart, Abhishek was co-founder of Infinit, a Decision Sciences firm focused on providing Decision Management Solutions for Banks and Financial Services.

Abhishek has previously worked with McKinsey and Co. as Analytics Leader in the South East Asia region. He was also part of the startup journey of NettPositive (now Equifax Analytics India) and has also worked with Standard Chartered, Bharti AXA, HDFC Ltd. and Citigroup.

Abhishek is an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (Mumbai) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from NIT Surathkal

With extensive experience across the Data to Decision journey, Abhishek aims to integrate data and analytics into the decision making DNA of Lendingkart.

An alumni of IIT Guwahati, Giridhar has 20 years of experience and over the years, he has built systems for solving problems spread across hybrid cloud, e-commerce & consumer Internet, enterprise storage & networking, and mobile communications.

He was leading key cloud infrastructure and organization wide technology-driven initiatives at Flipkart since 2015. He has worked with various companies like Hughes Software, Ubinetics India and NetApp India before joining Flipkart. He has a keen interest in free & open source software, and was a member of the Debian project for a few years. Giridhar has 10 patents to his credit – a finesse which shows his in-depth knowledge about the subject matter and his ability to apply theory into practical scenario. He has several publications to his name and has represented the industry in different forums and enlightened the audience through his powerful talks.

Mahesh Prashar is an alumni of Maharishi Dayanand University and comes with 18 years of experience.

Prior to joining Lendingkart, he was leading Collection, Recoveries and FCU at Aditya Birla Finance Ltd since 2013. He has worked with various companies like ABFL, CitiFinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, Standard Chartered Bank and ICICI Bank Ltd. before joining LendingKart Finance. He has a keen interest in adding new locations and verticals in different businesses.

Vikram Gandhi brings over 37 years of experience and expertise in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Costing, MIS and Auditing. He manages and oversees various aspects of Finance & Accounts at LendingKart including fund flow, banking operations, tax assessments, audits, MIS and much more to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business. Prior to joining LendingKart, Vikram worked in the Silicon Valley in U.S. at ASA Computers in Mountain View, California, where he oversaw inventory management and credit analysis for the company. Prior to that, Vikram served as a Senior Executive of Finance & Commercial for thirteen years at Voltas Limited in Ahmedabad and Chennai, where he led several finance and commercial functions involving budget preparation, audit, taxation, accounting, closing of books and MIS. Prior to that, he also worked in Managerial Cadre for 3 years in Pure Beverages Ltd , Pepsico Plant at Naroda, Ahmedabad observing Accounts and commercial functions.

A seasoned Digital Marketing professional with 19+ years of experience. Prior to joining Lendingkart as Head of Marketing, he worked with Cheil Worldwide (Samsung India) – as Vice President, Digital since June 2018 managing Operations and Business Management for Cheil Digital, one of the largest digital agencies in India, focusing on Samsung’s digital marketing, advertising, and communications in India across all business categories with prime focus on planning, strategizing and executing communications for the online-first product (M series, F series, and other products). He was involved with multiple functions such as creative, social media, influencer marketing, data analytics, community management, client servicing, media, and front-end tech development. In his earlier assignment with Snapdeal, he managed the Merchandising Vertical and had the experience of managing a large and diverse team in a challenging environment. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in 2002.

Ms. Kumudini Aggarwal has been the General Counsel & Company Secretary of Lendingkart since November, 2015. She has over a decade’s experience in corporate commercial legal, governance, risk management, compliance and corporate secretarial matters. Prior to joining Lendingkart, she was associated with PDS Legal, where she worked as Corporate Counsel. She has also been a part of various corporate legal and secretarial departments of large corporate houses, some of whom were publicly traded. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a graduate in law from the University of Delhi.

He has over 12 years of experience in NBFC, Banking and Fintech with an area of expertise in the field of Sales, Digital Transformation (Assets, Liability & BIU), Fintech partnerships, e-Business, Channel Management, Business Operations & Partner Management, Product & End to end Process Design, Project Management, Mobile Payments & Wallet, Payments Bank, Micro-Banking, Banking Correspondent. Before joining Lendingkart as Head of Cross-Sell and Channel Partners, he worked in Bajaj Finance Ltd and was the Business Head for Digital Personal Loans effective Dec 2019. He started his journey in Bajaj Finance Ltd in Jul 2017 as VP – Digital Transformation. Prior to working with Bajaj, he had been associated with companies like Yes Bank, FINO Payments Bank and SKS Microfinance. He did his MBA from SIIB, Pune in 2008.

Gaurav comes with rich experience of over 14 years across functions and geographies in Retail financial services industry. After successfully managing assignments in secured and unsecured lending product sales, resource optimization, credit appraisal and change management with HDFC and Citibank, Gaurav went for a mid-career Global MBA program in Strategy and Finance from AGSM – Sydney and NUS, Singapore. During his APAC journey, he exposed himself to strategy and management consulting projects in the field of education with a New South Wales government, Clinical research organisation – Novotech and Leading digital manufacturing platform – Carbon.

As a Vice President, Head – Sales & Strategy, Gaurav has meticulously worked towards introducing and profitably scaling up new business partnerships and products across the country.

Arjun heads Co-lending business for Lendingkart, and is responsible for forging long term alliances and setting up and scaling business operations with lending partners in order to fuel the next phase of growth for Lendingkart.

With over 13 years of work experience in the finance industry, Arjun is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in setting up and heading Fintech lending start-up, enterprise business development, Credit and Risk functions.

Before joining Lendingkart, Arjun was heading the Fintech arm of Droom Technologies, where he set up and successfully scaled the auto-lending business. Prior to that, Arjun has had extensive experience working with large financial institutions, including Citibank, Yes Bank, and GE Capital across retail, SME and structured finance units successfully managing multi-million dollar Credit portfolios. He holds an MBA from IIM Kozhikode and B Tech in Computer Engineering.

He has over 12 years of experience in Product Management Leadership across Fintech, Payments, E-commerce, Market and Industry Research. Before joining Lendingkart as VP – Product, he worked as Principal Technology Product Manager at Amazon since 2016 and was responsible for building Technology Platforms for Amazon Pay to launch scalable products for customers. Before working in Amazon, he worked with Oracle (Texas, USA) as Senior Principal Consultant for Oil and Gas, Fintech and Technology. He also worked with other companies like UST Global – General Electric (NY, USA) and TCS. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering from RGVP, Madhya Pradesh in 2005.

An ISB, Hyderabad alumnus and Computer Science & Engineering graduate, Anmol began his career at IBM and spent six years in software design & development roles in India and Australia. He spent another year in Australia and Hong Kong as an Australian employee of CA Technologies in a Specialist role. Post completing his management education from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, he worked with Housing.com as a Product Manager, before joining Paytm. He transformed Logistics Product suite and post Paytm Mall creation lead O2O product launch as Catalogue product head. After Paytm, Anmol lead India Product for Tala and established Bangalore as product, tech and design office, proved India as a viable business and successfully shipped consumer product.
