Manager – Channel Partnerships (Business Loans)

Role Objective
Acquire and activate new partners and drive consistent monthly disbursals with
clean funnel and portfolio hygiene.

Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and activate Channel Partners,
Aggregators, OEM’s lead referral
• Manage daily login–sanction–disbursal funnel
• Grow business from active partners
• Coordinate with credit/ops to reduce TAT issues and cross functional teams
• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy

Provide
support and training to partners to ensure success



KPIs
• New partners onboarded + activated (Coordination with tech and product for
smooth onboarding)
• Monthly active partners
• Login-to-disbursal conversion
• Monthly disbursals vs target
• Early DPD control


90-Day Ramp Plan

0–30 Days: Learn products/policies, onboard 6–8 partners, activate 2–3.
31–60 Days: Add 8–10 partners, activate 5–6 total, begin steady
disbursal flow.
61–90 Days: Build 18–22 partners with 8–10 active; hit monthly disbursal
run-rate defined as per the PAN india target

 

Should
be open to travel, and own the End to End process and partners from onboarding
to making live and Meeting targets.
