- Accurately update collection entries in the lender’s books, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Process settlement and foreclosure updates in coordination with internal and lender stakeholders.
- Communicate with lenders for payment update queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify suspense payments and ensure correct allocation in the system
- Investigate and clarify unadjusted amounts to close open items in reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively across teams to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Manage and resolve collection-related queries from internal teams and external lenders.
- Handle queries specifically related to settlements and foreclosures.
