Senior Executive – CS

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

● Conduct/ Assist in conducting Board Meetings, General Meetings, Board Committee meetings,

etc. and closing all associated activities

● Strong exposure in Corporate Legal Compliances, Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, RBI

Regulations for NBFC, Adherence to the Statutory and regulatory Compliances of India.

Senior Manager – Finance

A. Direct Taxation

End-to-end ownership of corporate income tax and TDS compliances.

Filing of various tax returns including Form 15CA/15CB, SFT (Form 61A/61B), FATCA, and CRS compliances.

Managing advance tax calculations and annual Income Tax Audit compliances (Form 3CD).

B. Indirect Taxation (GST)

Overseeing monthly GST payments and return filings such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

Ensuring periodic reconciliation of GSTR-2A/2B with internal books to mitigate input credit losses.

Leading state-wise GST audits and filing annual returns including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

C. Litigation & Representation

Drafting and coordinating responses to direct tax and GST notices in consultation with external tax consultants.

D. Tax Accounting & Reporting

Reviewing tax provisioning and Deferred Tax Assets/Liabilities (DTA/DTL).

Coordinating with statutory auditors and RBI auditors for tax-related disclosures in financial statements.

E. Business Advisory

Advising business teams on tax implications of new financial products, loan structures, and commercial contracts.

Keeping abreast of RBI guidelines, Ind AS, and evolving tax regulations/jurisprudence impacting the NBFC sector.

What you would possess already::

  • CA with 6-8 years of experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Direct & Indirect Taxation.
