Branch Manager – Secured

About the Role:


The Branch Manager (BM) serves as the primary custodian of a branch’s overall performance and operational integrity. The role involves managing the entire business lifecycle at the local level, from talent acquisition and business growth to risk mitigation and cross-departmental coordination.

The Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of their specific unit, ensuring that customer service remains high while maintaining strict adherence to credit and compliance standards.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

Sourcing

  • Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

  • Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers 

  • Achievement of Annual Operating Plan

  • Ensuring Sales executives achieve their Threshold Targets

  • Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines

  • Following the TAT for disbursement with focus on First Time Right and Post Disbursement Documentation complete

  • Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness. Control on Portfolio Attrition.

  • Ensuring all registers are maintained in Branch

  • Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented

  • Ensure Profitability of Business at Branch level

  • Regular Customer Visits

  • Ensure there is no Manpower Gap

  • Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives

  • Cross selling of products like S/A account, Insurance, Other loans.

  • Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some improvement is to be done.

  • Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.

Pre and Post disbursement

  • Helping to customers for complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement

  • Helping to customers customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product

  • Monitoring of the account post disbursal

  • Ensure compliance with sanction terms


What you would possess already: 

  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in Sales and Relationship management(BFSI Preferred)

  • Minimum 2  Year of experience handling Secured products and team Management.

  • Ability to learn the use of Bank’s internal software.

  • Leadership skills  and Ability to lead a team.

  • Self-driven, who can walk that extra mile to achieve the target.

  • Graduation with Good communication skills in the local language with some working knowledge in English.

Senior Relationship Manager is a front-line, customer-facing professional responsible for the direct sourcing of business loans. Their primary goal is to drive growth through proactive lead generation, field activities, and leveraging local reference networks. The Sales Executive acts as the critical link between the market and the branch, ensuring a steady pipeline of loan applications while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

Sourcing

  • Conduct market study and prepare market maps to streamline sourcing

  • Cold-call on potential clients and constantly track their demand for MSME Loan requirements

  • Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers 

  • Understanding Customers requirement for Business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement

  • Explain the product details and benefits to the customers.

  • Achieving Monthly Targets as defined in Goal sheet

  • Work as a team in achieving the branch targets.

Operations Manager – Secured

Loan Operations & Processing

● Coordinate loan files from login to disbursement with Credit and Central Operations teams.

● Ensure loan files are complete with all mandatory documentation including KYC, financials,

agreements, property documents and sanction conditions before submission for

disbursement.

● Support pre-disbursement and post-disbursement operational activities at the branch level.

● Track case movement across stages and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely

disbursement and processing.


2. Repayment & Loan Servicing

● Update customer repayment receipts and collections in system on a regular basis.

● Monitor cheque clearance, bounce cases and cheque re-presentation tracking.

● Process loan part payments, foreclosure requests and closure formalities in system.

● Coordinate issuance of NOC / Loan Closure letters and account statements to customers.

3. Customer Service & Relationship Handling

● Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in customers at the branch.

● Assist customers with loan applications, documentation requirements, repayment queries and

servicing requests.

● Resolve customer grievances or escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams.

● Provide updates to customers regarding loan status, disbursement and servicing

requests.

4. Documentation Management, MODT & Compliance

● Ensure proper documentation hygiene for all loan files maintained at the branch.

● Verify completeness of documents including loan agreements, KYC documents, property

papers, sanction letters and declarations.

● Coordinate execution and tracking of MODT (Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds) or other

collateral-related documentation where applicable.

● Ensure all loan documentation is executed as per regulatory and internal policy requirements.

● Maintain updated records for audit, compliance reviews and regulatory inspections.

5. Loan File Management & Storage

● Maintain structured and secure storage of loan files and customer documents at the

branch.

● Ensure proper file indexing, inwarding and tracking of documents sent to central storage

or vendors.

● Maintain records of document movement, retrieval requests and outward dispatch.

● Ensure adherence to company policies regarding physical document custody, archival and

retrieval processes.

● Coordinate with document storage vendors and central operations for file storage and

retrieval.

6. Reconciliation & Operational Controls

● Perform debit and credit reconciliation for customer accounts and branch transactions.

● Maintain branch MIS related to loan files, collections, disbursement and servicing

activities.

● Identify operational discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

7. Branch Administration

● Maintain branch inward/outward registers and operational trackers.

● Coordinate with vendors for courier, document storage, housekeeping and other

administrative activities.

● Support the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.

Credit Manager – Secured

Sourcing

  • File checking for document sufficiency as per the policy.

  • Feedback the upfront discrepancies to the sales team.

  • Create the file on processing system / tracking systems.

  • Handling credit tools such as CAM.

  • Doing reference check, Cash flow analysis & Doing collateral verification

  • Analyzing Credit worthiness of the Customers on the basis of Banking, Salary Slips and other income docs.

  • Calculation of Debt burden and analyzing Credit worthiness of the Customers on the basis of previous Track records

  • Preparation of Credit Appraisal Memo & forwarding the same case once it’s cleared to Cluster Manager

  • Maintaining TAT for approval


    Pre and Post disbursement

    • Verification of the Post Approval Documentation along with any Subject to Condition Approval requirements.

    • Ensure the completion of Risk Screening (FCU) process for all files

    • Post Disbursal Documentation

    • End Use Verification

    • Maintain audit and compliance.

    • Responsible for collection.

Senior Manager – Legal

Role Overview :

We are looking for a lawyer to join our in-house legal team. The person will be responsible for end-to-end legal support across financing documentation, commercial contracts, advisory on the regulatory compliances and working closely with business, product, and finance teams to enable growth while managing legal risk.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Financing & Lending Documentation: Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements, security documents, etc.
  • Commercial Contracts & Agreements
  • Draft, review and negotiate service agreements with third-party service providers, business partners.
  • Draft, review and negotiate Technology / Software-as-a-Service agreements.
  • Manage execution of the agreements.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Advisory – Support compliances, regulatory audits, inspections.

What you would possess already:

  • LLB / LLM from a reputed Indian law school or university.
  • 4 – 6 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm, NBFC, bank, or
  • fintech in-house legal team.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills across financing documents and commercial
  • contracts.
  • Working knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
  • Familiarity with DPDPA 2023, IT Act, and data-related legal frameworks.
  • Ability to deliver output-ready legal work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
