Vice President – Company Secretary

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Lead the entire Secretarial Department.
  • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and the Rules made thereunder for all group companies, with specific emphasis on RBI regulations for NBFCs and FDI compliances.
  • Conduct Board Meetings, General Meetings, Board Committee Meetings, etc., and close all associated activities.
  • Strong exposure to Corporate Legal Compliances, SEBI, LODR, RBI Regulations for NBFCs, and adherence to statutory and regulatory compliances in India.

The role will ensure operational accuracy, proper documentation hygiene, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between branch teams and central operations.
