Sales Manager – DSA

About the Role :

As a Sales Manager in LendingKart, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will act as a liaison between the company and its channel partners, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals. Your role will involve identifying new channel opportunities, and supporting them throughout the sales process.


Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Driving logins and disbursements through empannelled channel partners.
  • Adhering to policy guidelines while sourcing files.
  • Optimizing pricing and cross sell opportunities.
  • Ensuring no delinquency in early buckets.
  • Meeting clients pre and post disbursal.
  • Striving to achieve channel level KPIs.
  • Reducing TAT for login and disbursal.
  • You will identify potential channel partners and evaluate their suitability based on company objectives and target market.
  • You will collaborate with partners to set and achieve sales targets, and provide ongoing support to help them meet their goals.
  • You will work closely with channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • You will assist channel partners in generating leads, closing deals, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for product or service enhancements.
  • You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partner organizations, including sales managers, account executives, and executives.
  • You will serve as the main point of contact for channel partners, addressing any queries, concerns, or escalations in a timely manner.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure channel partners receive the necessary resources and support.
  • You will track and analyze key performance metrics related to channel sales, including revenue, customer acquisition, and market penetration.

Zonal Head- Credit – Secured

Overall purpose of the job

Accountable for the overall credit approval process, credit policy, credit reviews of existing customers., segment mix & mitigating the risk of existing portfolio. Also responsible to oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Performance Areas

Sourcing

  • Handle entire activities of credit under this role.

  • Set up a Robust credit approval process

  • Handling credit tools such as CAM, Ratios etc.

  • Regular credit trainings across all levels 

  • Initiate the verifications as appropriate and suggested by the procedures

  • Mitigating Risk of existing portfolio

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 

  • Coordinate with All Regional Managers

  • People Management

  • MIS & Reporting

  • Recruitment/motivating/mentoring the team

Pre and Post disbursement

  • Verification of the Post Approval Documentation along with any Subject To Condition Approval requirements.

  • Ensure the completion of Risk Screening (FCU) process for all files.

  • Maintain audit and compliance.

Executive – Signing

Some high level things you would own
but not limited to:

  • Managing on a day-to-day basis, following
    tasks related – to  Fresh cases updates,

  • Document signing, Cheque Collection. 

  • Work within given timelines to ensure that
    all the documentation is completed in proper schedule.

  • Must have good Knowledge of KYC &
    Documentation.

  • Ready to travel within 180 KM on a daily
    basis.

  • Whenever Business required willing ready
    to travel 200+ KM as well

  • Willing to work on Holidays as per
    Business requirement.  

  • Hard copies of documents collected must be
    delivered within a fixed TAT (7day’s)

  • Travel Allowance is available on
    every concern.

Technical Program Manager

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • You will own the timelines and delivery of key technology programs at Lendingkart by building end-to-end schedules, and managing cross team and cross functional project timelines in collaboration with engineering management and Product Management.

  • You will be the custodian of agile and scrum processes. Conducts training, retrospectives, understands best practices, drives process improvements, finds new ways of operating with a focus on engineering efficiency and simplicity of processes.

  • You will be creating end-to-end project plans with milestones and sub-milestone deliverables.

  • You will need to be proficient in creating sprint planning, and sprint delivery reports and is able to drive improvements on any deviations from set goals.

  • You will manage and track all action items with respective stakeholders and bring it to closure.

  • You will work with technology vendors and enable the IT and technology teams with financial plans, operating plans, vendor onboarding and continuous monitoring of performance and cost.

  • You will be creating presentations based on multiple sources of data, bringing out insights from the data, recommending actions and plans for their execution. 

Regional Technical Manager – Secured

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Formulation of Technical Policy for secured LAP.

  • Evaluate property technical reports for LAP (Loan Against Property). Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal policies. Assess the Property quality, marketability, and liquidity, Construction status, age, and structural risks.

  • Technical Report TAT adherence as agreed and defined in SOP.

  • Identify technical risks in property documents and verify site feasibility and marketability of collateral.

  • Manage and onboard external vendor technical agencies (valuation firms/technical officers) to ensure timely and quality reports.

  • Ensure all technical documentation aligns with regulatory standards.

  • Conduct spot checks on high-value properties and audit vendor reports to prevent fraud or overvaluation.

  • Coordinate with Sales/Product/Credit/Technology and Operations to fine tune the process.

  • Policy related training and frontline support for resolution of their queries.

About the Role :

The role involves supporting the Operations team in managing files sourced through DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and ensuring smooth coordination for timely processing and movement of files.

  • Logging and maintaining records of files sourced by DSAs and their connectors.
  • Ensuring all documents are uploaded and verified as per the prescribed checklist and compliance standards.
