Before Lendingkart, Ghanshyam served as the National Audit Manager at AU Small Finance Bank. His career journey also includes impactful stints with industry leaders like IIFL Finance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Pacific Internal Hospital, and Tata Motors Ltd., where he played instrumental roles in strengthening audit frameworks and operational controls.
Ghanshyam is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a CPA, a Diploma in IFRS, and a Master’s in Business Finance, a combination that reflects his deep financial acumen and global perspective.
